About the Role
Lead the development of machine learning models to solve real-world problems in healthcare analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy NLP and computer vision solutions that improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize ML pipelines using TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Develop algorithms for predictive analytics in medical imaging
- Preprocess large datasets (structured and unstructured)
- Implement MLOps practices for model monitoring
- Publish research findings in top AI conferences
- Work with EHR systems to ensure HIPAA compliance
- Guide junior data scientists on best practices
Requirements
- PhD in Machine Learning or 5+ years in AI development
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for model deployment
- Strong background in statistical analysis
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data standards
- Publications in NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR preferred
- Expertise in Spark or distributed computing frameworks
