About the Role
Lead product strategy and development for financial services software that delivers value to our clients and end-users. Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product vision and strategy aligned with market needs and company goals
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on market and customer feedback
- Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and drive software development
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Manage partnerships with third-party vendors to extend product capabilities
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to guide iterative improvements
- Communicate product milestones and successes to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services domain
- Deep understanding of financial products and markets
- Proven track record of launching successful software products
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools like SQL or Tableau
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Agile software development and DevOps
