About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Data Science leader to guide our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of managerial experience and expertise in machine learning & big data.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts
- Develop long-term data strategy aligned with business goals
- Guide the development of predictive models and ML algorithms
- Collaborate with IT to optimize data pipeline infrastructure
- Partner with product teams to drive data-informed decisions
- Communicate complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure data project success
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science/analytics roles
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Prior experience managing teams of quantitative analysts
- Expert in machine learning techniques and statistical modeling
- Familiarity with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) and SQL
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven track record of delivering strategic value through data
