About the Role
Coastal Retail Group seeks enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates for our Miami Beach boutique. Deliver exceptional customer service, process transactions, and maintain store aesthetics in a high-traffic environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess needs
- Operate POS system and handle cash
- Meet daily sales targets
- Restock inventory and organize displays
- Process shipments and conduct inventory counts
- Maintain cleanliness standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year retail experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
- Fluent in English (Spanish/Creole a plus)
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
