About the Role
We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Worker to ensure our properties are well-maintained and visually appealing. This role involves mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and maintaining outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities
- Mow and edge lawns using commercially-ride-on mowers.
- Trim hedges and shrubs to maintain shape and size.
- Plant and maintain flowers and other landscaping elements.
- Water and fertilize landscaping areas as needed.
- Maintain outdoor furniture and decorations.
- Ensure proper disposal of landscape debris.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations.
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on maintenance activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in landscaping is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic landscape maintenance techniques.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
