About the Role
We’re seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll handle guest check-ins/check-outs, answer inquiries, and ensure guests have a positive experience. Your welcoming attitude and problem-solving skills will contribute to our reputation for excellent hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and process check-ins/check-outs
- Handle phone inquiries and reservations
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Resolve guest complaints or issues professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Multitasking and problem-solving abilities
