About the Role
Supervise our popular Houston location at Urban Outfitters, leading a team of 6-10 associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve KPIs. Manage inventory, staffing schedules and loss prevention while maintaining an engaging store environment.
Responsibilities
- Train, coach and develop retail staff
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Handle cash transactions and manage store deposits
- Ensure product displays adhere to visual merchandising standards
- Monitor sales trends and inventory levels
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits
- Collaborate with store manager on marketing promotions
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for shift rotations including weekends
- Comfortable using point-of-sale and inventory management systems
