Support daily operations at our Miami flagship location through team leadership, visual merchandising, and exceptional customer service. Drive sales targets while maintaining operational excellence standards across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily opening/closing procedures
- Train and mentor sales associates
- Resolve escalated customer concerns
- Execute visual merchandising directives
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders
- Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention protocols
- Schedule staff based on business needs
Requirements
- 3+ years retail management experience
- Proven leadership in sales environments
- Proficiency in retail POS systems
- Ability to analyze KPIs and sales metrics
- Flexibility for varied shifts/weekends/holidays
- Strong merchandising and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
