About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires extensive knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair electrical wiring and components
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems
- Provide estimates and timelines for electrical projects
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Document all work performed and keep accurate records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school training preferred
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician in the state of California
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various settings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
