About the Role
Perform routine maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of building systems in our 300,000 sq ft industrial complex. Collaborate with engineering team for optimal facility operations.
Responsibilities
- Repair electrical wiring, plumbing and HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance rounds weekly
- Install new machines, lighting and conveyor belt systems
- Diagnose equipment breakdowns and implement solutions
- Maintain detailed repair logs and maintenance schedules
- Order parts and supplies through approved vendors
- Follow environmental health and safety policies
- Collaborate with production managers on downtime issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years industrial maintenance experience
- Proficient in electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems
- Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Certification in OSHA 10/30 required
- Must pass DOT physical
