About the Role
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Seattle Housing Authority. Coordinate office operations, manage correspondence, and assist with community programs. Facilitate efficient public service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and meetings
- Prepare reports and meeting minutes
- Process and track documentation
- Serve as first point of contact for inquiries
- Coordinate facility maintenance requests
- Manage office supply inventory
- Assist with community event planning
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years administrative experience
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with record management systems
- Public sector background preferred
