About the Role
Join our dynamic hospitality team as an event coordinator, responsible for planning and executing memorable events for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of events, including conferences, weddings, and banquets
- Manage event logistics, including setup, suppliers, and vendor communications
- Oversee event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth execution and high guest satisfaction
- Prepare and manage event budgets, contracts, and invoices
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts to attract new business and retain existing clients
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Planning, or a related field preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software
