Responsibilities
- manage and train front desk team members
- oversee check-in and check-out processes
- resolve guest disputes and complaints
- coordinate with hotel departments to ensure efficient operations
- review hotel service standards and implement changes as needed
- achieve and exceed guest satisfaction metrics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant hospitality experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to drive results and meet performance metrics
- Proficiency in guest management and front desk systems
