About the Role
Part-time position assisting customers at our outdoor equipment flagship store. Provide expert product advice, process transactions, and help customers select quality gear for their adventures.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service on sales floor
- Maintain thorough product knowledge including technical specs
- Operate POS system for sales/returns
- Achieve daily sales and accessory attachment goals
- Assist with merchandising and visual displays
- Process shipments and inventory
- Maintain store cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Passion for outdoor activities
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma
- 18+ years per licensing requirements
