Oversee guest services at The Palms Resort, a luxury beachfront property. Manage front desk operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from check-in to departure.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk team
- Handle guest complaints
- Process reservations
- Conduct staff training
- Audit night reports
- Maintain room inventory
- Enforce hotel policies
- Coordinate with housekeeping
Requirements
- 2+ years hotel front desk
- 1+ year supervisory role
- PMS system experience
- Exceptional guest service
- Conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Local residency required
