About the Role
Midwest Manufacturing Co. seeks technicians for our automotive parts production line. Operate CNC machines, perform quality checks, and follow safety protocols. Previous factory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up production machinery
- Conduct quality inspections
- Maintain production logs
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Follow lean manufacturing practices
- Implement 5S procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read schematics
- Stand/walk 8-hour shifts
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Forklift certification preferred
