About the Role
Welcome guests and manage key check-in/out processes at our boutique hotel. As the first point of contact, your role will define the positive guest experience, making you an essential team member!
Responsibilities
- Process registrations using hotel reservation systems
- Assist guests with questions and special requests
- Provide concierge services and recommendations
- Ensure lobby presentation meets brand standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic math and financial transactions
- Availability for overnight and weekend shifts
