About the Role
Join our assembly team that builds high-quality industrial equipment. You’ll operate manufacturing machinery, inspect parts for quality, and maintain production records. Your precision and attention to detail ensure reliable products reach critical industries.
Responsibilities
- Manual assembly of complex machinery components
- Operate and manage production machinery (welders, grinders)
- Maintain accurate production logs and quality checklists
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance
- Participate in routine safety inspections
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- Assist with inventory and parts ordering when needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Physical ability to work 10-hour shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Shift flexibility (days/nights/weekends)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
