About the Role
Provide financial planning and analysis for corporate initiatives in our healthcare division. Build forecasting models, analyze business performance, and deliver insights to executives driving strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs
- Prepare executive reporting packages
- Build financial models for scenario planning
- Drive cost reduction analysis
- Support M&A due diligence processes
- Automate financial reporting workflows
- Collaborate with operational departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years FP&A experience
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- ERP system knowledge (Oracle/SAP)
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
