About the Role
Provide exceptional customer service, assist with inventory management, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide personalized assistance
- Process transactions and handle cash, credit, and returns
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise and manage inventory
- Assist with visual merchandising and display setups
- Answer questions about products and store policies
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions as needed
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
