About the Role
Deliver packages and goods to customers in a timely and safe manner. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain accurate delivery records.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes
- Verify package details and receive customer signatures
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Ensure vehicles are regularly maintained and cleaned
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with dispatchers to address any delivery issues
- Follow all safety and traffic regulations
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for delivery tracking and reporting
- Experience with routing and navigation software
- Familiarity with customer service protocols
- Ability to work independently and in a team
