Job Description
About the Role
Operate CNC machinery to produce precision metal components for automotive applications. Monitor manufacturing processes, conduct quality checks, and maintain production equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
- Conduct quality inspections using precision tools
- Document production data in manufacturing logs
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Maintain clean and organized work area
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years CNC operating experience
- Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Physical stamina for standing shifts
- Forklift certification preferred
