About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with guest inquiries. You will be the face of our hotel.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at check-in and check-out
- Process reservations and payments
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests
- Maintain front desk area and lobby
- Handle guest complaints and issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
