About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The CNA will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Requirements
- Current CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
