About the Role
Join the mission-driven team at HealthReach as a Public Health Program Coordinator. You’ll play a crucial role in coordinating community health initiatives, managing outreach projects, and analyzing program data to drive impactful decision-making. The ideal candidate has a passion for public health, experience with community-based programming, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for health education workshops and screenings
- Manage community outreach programs and partnerships
- Conduct program data analysis and reporting
- Create marketing materials to promote health awareness
- Assist in grant writing and funding proposals
- Provide support to the Health Director on special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field
- 2-3 years of public health program experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical software
- Ability to travel frequently within service area
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management
