Responsibilities
- Design deep learning models for intent recognition and context understanding
- Implement state-of-the-art NLP techniques using frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Optimize algorithms for production deployment in real-time environments
- Collaborate with data team to prepare large-scale datasets
- Mentor junior engineers on advanced NLP concepts
- Evaluate commercial NLP solutions for feature integration
- Develop performance benchmarks to track innovation progress
- Present research findings at technical conferences and publications
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science focusing on NLP/Machine Learning
- 5+ years professional experience in NLP algorithm development
- Strong foundation in probabilistic modeling + statistical NLP
- Expertise in deep learning architectures and attention mechanisms
- Extensive experience with Python, C++ and GPU optimization
- Strong background in multi-threading for real-time systems
- Familiarity with BERT, GPT-3 and transformer models
