About the Role
We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our design team. You will create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. Your work will directly impact the user experience and help drive product adoption and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and create user personas.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs.
- Ensure design consistency across all products.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficient in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and iterative environment.
