About the Role
Lead the development of AI-driven solutions for enterprise applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable machine learning models and deploy them into production. This role directly impacts our product innovation roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Architect and train machine learning models using TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Optimize algorithms for real-time processing
- Collaborate with DevOps to containerize AI solutions
- Conduct A/B testing for model performance
- Present insights to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists
Requirements
- Master’s in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years production-level AI development experience
- Expertise in Python, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven NLP/computer vision project portfolio
- Experience with MLOps pipelines
- Strong statistical analysis skills
