About the Role
TechNova seeks a Senior AI Engineer to lead cutting-edge machine learning projects that transform industries. You’ll design scalable AI models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deploy solutions for real-world applications. Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize deep learning algorithms for large-scale datasets
- Collaborate with data engineers to design ML pipelines
- Deploy models into production environments using cloud platforms
- Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews
- Research emerging AI/ML frameworks and tools
- Present technical findings to stakeholders
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience deploying ML models in production
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of NLP and computer vision
- Published research in AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML)
