About the Role
Lead the development of our core products, mentor junior engineers, and make critical architecture decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these issues
- Write unit tests and debug code
- Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features
- Write technical specifications and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 8+ years of proven experience in software development
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, C++)
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
