About the Role
We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager (Enterprise) to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion within our enterprise customer segment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer retention and expansion
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer needs with business objectives
- Design and deliver customer training and onboarding programs
- Analysis of customer data and usage patterns to inform strategies and tactics
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, within an enterprise environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
