About the Role
Design utility-scale solar and storage projects powering 300k+ homes. Develop innovative approaches to increase clean energy output while reducing LCOE by 15%. Your technical leadership will advance our 2GW development pipeline across Southwest US markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead 100+ MW solar PV system design
- Optimize battery storage integration strategies
- Perform yield and financial modeling in PVsyst
- Mentor junior engineering staff
- Coordinate with utilities and AHJs
- Develop grid interconnection specifications
- Implement digital twin technologies
Requirements
- PE license required (EE specialization)
- 7+ years renewable energy engineering
- Expertise with PVCase, AutoCAD, and ETAP
- Knowledge of NEC and building codes
- Utility interconnection process experience
- Field construction oversight skills
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
