About the Role
Lead the development of cutting-edge machine learning models to solve complex business challenges. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI solutions in production environments. You’ll drive innovation in NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML pipelines for real-time data processing
- Optimize deep learning models for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data infrastructure
- Research and prototype emerging AI technologies
- Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews
- Deploy models using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Monitor model performance and implement improvements
Requirements
- MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years production-level ML experience
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch and Python
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices
- Publications in top AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
