About the Role
As our VP of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and growing our sales team, driving revenue growth by managing customer relationships and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and manage sales team, including hiring and training
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and finance
- -reported on sales performance metrics and forecasts to executive leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong management, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
