About the Role
Lead the development of scalable cloud-based applications for a fintech innovator. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy high-performance solutions. Drive technical decisions and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop microservices using Java/Kotlin
- Optimize backend systems for low-latency transactions
- Implement AWS cloud infrastructure (ECS, Lambda, RDS)
- Conduct code reviews and enforce security best practices
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
- Develop real-time data processing solutions
- Collaborate with product teams on feature implementation
Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering experience
- Expertise in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot
- Proven AWS/containerization experience
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and Kafka
- Experience with relational/NoSQL databases
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Familiarity with Fintech compliance standards
