About the Role
Create unforgettable experiences as a Guest Service Agent at one of our luxury resort hotels. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring guests feel welcomed, informed and delighted from arrival to check-out.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests warmly and efficiently
- Respond to front desk inquiries about amenities
- Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly
- Manage reservations, room changes and late check-outs
- Provide detailed resort information and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and concierge services
- Maintain organized check-in/check-out processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and room management software skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, positive and service-oriented personality
