About the Role
Join our culinary team as a Sous Chef and support our Executive Chef in creating exceptional dining experiences by overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations and leading our talented team of cooks.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in creating menus and ordering ingredients
- Oversee daily food preparation and cooking processes
- Manage kitchen staff and provide training and mentorship
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely delivery to guests
- Monitor inventory and remodel storeroom as needed
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in culinary arts or relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- Proficiency in multiple cooking methods and various cuisines
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
