About the Role
Lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of our enterprise AI product portfolio. Drive product vision that integrates generative AI capabilities across legal tech solutions, reporting directly to the CTO.
Responsibilities
- Define AI product roadmap and strategy
- Manage $15M+ R&D budget
- Build and lead product management team
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams
- Analyze competitive AI landscape
- Drive go-to-market strategies
- Establish ethics review processes
- Present to board and investors
Requirements
- 15+ years in tech product leadership
- Proven experience launching AI/ML products
- MBA or advanced technical degree
- Record managing large product budgets
- Deep understanding of GenAI capabilities
- Experience in B2B software commercialization
- Strong customer engagement skills
- Legal tech domain knowledge preferred
