About the Role
Develop cutting-edge AI solutions for our SaaS products. You’ll design ML models to improve customer recommendations and automate complex processes. Your work will directly impact millions of users and drive product innovation in the e-commerce sector.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable ML pipelines for real-time processing
- Optimize recommendation algorithms using TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Conduct A/B tests to measure model performance improvements
- Collaborate with data engineering team on feature engineering
- Mentor junior engineers in ML best practices
- Research state-of-the-art NLP techniques for text analysis
- Implement MLOps practices for continuous deployment
Requirements
- MS/PhD in Computer Science or related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience building production ML systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/Keras, and distributed computing
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
- Deep understanding of NLP and computer vision architectures
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Publications in top ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
