About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care to patients. The RN will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and record observations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Provide patient education and support.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in patient care conferences and rounds.
- Provide emergency care as needed.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- One year of experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Knowledge of electronic health records systems.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
