About the Role
We are seeking Warehouse Operatives to manage inventory, operate material handling equipment, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and manage inventory using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of inventory software
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
