About the Role
Assist the CFO in developing accurate financial models and projections. Analyze quarterly performance against targets and compile reports for stakeholders. Prepare presentations that illustrate key business drivers and recommend growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial models
- Collect and review financial data from various sources
- Collaborate with department heads to gather budget input
- Monitor and analyze monthly/quarterly variances
- Prepare variance analysis reports for management review
- Assist with annual budgeting cycle and forecast updates
- Support audit preparation and financial documentation requests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
