About the Role
Join the team at HarmonyCare Assisted Living as a dedicated LPN supporting our elderly residents. You will assist in daily healthcare needs, administer medications, and monitor resident conditions.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications safely
- Collect resident samples and perform diagnostic tests
- Record patient condition changes for clinical assessments
- Assist RN with care plan development
- Educate residents and families on healthcare procedures
Requirements
- Current LPN license in applicable state
- Completion of LPN program (vocational school)
- 1+ years long-term care experience
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Empathy and compassion for geriatric care
