About the Role
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with their purchasing needs, maintain store appearance, and contribute to a positive shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and information
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally
- Stock and restock merchandise as needed
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention efforts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
