About the Role
Play a vital role in our manufacturing process as a Production Operator, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and the production of high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks
- Package and prepare products for shipping
- Troubleshoot and report machine malfunctions to maintenance team
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing or an industrial setting preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable learning new skills and adapting to changing production processes
