About the Role
QuickShip Logistics needs Order Pickers to fulfill e-commerce orders in our Phoenix distribution center using RF scanners and material handling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Pick/pack orders accurately
- Operate pallet jacks
- Complete cycle counts
- Maintain 95%+ accuracy rate
- Meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment issues
Requirements
- 1+ year warehouse experience
- Comfort with 10-hour shifts
- Forklift certification preferred
- Basic computer literacy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
