About the Role
Join our fabrication team at Mountain View Metals! As a Senior Manufacturing Technician, you’ll be responsible for operating high-precision machinery, monitoring production quality, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions to ensure consistent output.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machine tools per specifications
- Conduct quality inspections at various production stages
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Maintain detailed production documentation and logs
- Collaborate with engineering team on process improvements
- Train junior operators on best practices
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 5+ years in manufacturing environment (metallic preferred)
- Experience with CNC milling/turning machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Electrical troubleshooting skills
- Lean manufacturing methodology understanding
