About the Role
First Regional Bank seeks a commercial lender to develop SBA loan portfolios. Source new business clients and manage $5M+ commercial real estate deals.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite loan applications
- Conduct risk analysis
- Manage 150+ client relationships
- Cross-sell treasury services
- Monitor loan covenants
- Attend chamber networking events
- Train junior credit analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance
- 5+ years commercial lending
- SBA 7(a) program expertise
- Portfolio management experience
- NMLS license required
- Strong Salesforce CRM skills
- Excellent reference check
