About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and organized Program Manager to oversee the implementation and execution of our technical projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate project activities across departments
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
- Maintain project documentation and track progress using project management tools
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including leadership and client teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business administration)
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using project management tools and software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in a technical or technology-focused environment
