About the Role

Join First Atlantic Bank as a Commercial Loans Account Executive. Develop and nurture client relationships through customized financing solutions, leveraging deep industry knowledge to close mid-market and large enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

  • Understand clients’ financial objectives through active listening
  • Perform credit risk assessments on borrower profiles
  • Collaborate with underwriters and legal teams
  • Prepare loan applications and package for review
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses
  • Stay current with financial and regulatory changes
  • Network with regional business leaders and chambers
  • Deliver on aggressive revenue targets consistently

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related
  • 5+ years commercial lending experience
  • Series 7 & 63 licenses (preferred)
  • Credible track record of pipeline development
  • Analytical thinker with keen financial acumen
  • Strong proficiency using CRM software
  • Highly collaborative, consultative approach
  • Clean credit check and employment verification
